My Story

Hey there, hi there! My name is Star and I want to welcome you to my site. Growing up I was told I could be anything I wanted to be, so I wanted to do everything. For a mind like mine this made it hard for me to settle on any one thing in particular, so I graduated in 2019 with my Bachelor’s in General Studies. I changed my degree multiple times; psychology, dental hygiene, early childhood education – I even had my CNA license, pursued Massage Therapy, and beforehand considered welding or cosmetology. Through all of this, the only consistent thoughts I had were that I enjoy working hands-on, the importance of being creative, and the need to help those around me blossom into their best selves.

My story written so far has given me many connections, friendships, wisdom, and adventures; I wouldn’t change any of it for the world! Through everything I have experienced I have learned how important communication, boundary setting, and sincere apologies are – among many other life lessons. When you are always open to learning, the universe has beautiful lessons to teach. We should all take time to find the lessons in the adversities we face.

All of the experience, knowledge, and wisdom has led me here – sitting in front of a screen, starting my first blog. Why? To help those who feel lost and are trying to find what it is that sparks life for them. Everyone has something they are passionate about and everyone deserves to be able to feel fulfilled in life’s journey. We may think we have all the time in the world, but life is too short to continue following dead ends and being afraid to pursue what it is you truly want in life. That is why I am here – to serve as inspiration and help to make following your dreams a little less scary.
